One thing we have learned from working with over 6,000 events is that they are all different.
We have been listening to our clients and after months in the making, we have added some new services and pricing levels to our existing pricing.
All of you who have been paying our low $1.50 flat fee, and enjoyed all the features we have, can continue to do so with NO changes at all.
For those of you that need more services due to a small staff, more complex events, or perhaps less experience as an event organizer, can take advantage of our new services and still allow your ticket buyers to pay the ticketing fee!
Our new services fall mainly in the areas of graphic design, analytics, building email lists, shopping cart abandonment and email marketing.
These services go beyond the traditional do-it-yourself model of most ticketing companies. Our new services require team members to focus on your event, not just provide technical support. This hands-on approach may cost more, but we have stayed true to our roots and still avoid percentage-based ticket pricing (which I still cannot understand that concept).
